Recognized as Nacional gastronomy prize  as best sommelier of spain 2016. His excellent tasting abilities create the requirements that our meads have to achieve.

Ignacio Echapresto

Chef rewarded with two Michelin Stars and two Repsol Suns.

He is the union between the meads and the gastronomy applications through the endless pairings that they offer.

Ismael Echapresto

Passionate about nature and fauna.

High degree in viticulture and oenology.

He's in charge of the apiculture and oenology of our cellar.
