Our cellar is located in Daroca de Rioja, a small village in the moncalvillo mountain chain, closed by Logroño in which is located as well the restaurant Venta Moncalvillo.
It has been created recently and collects all the technical requirements to develop the aenology procedures optimally, from the honey extraction to the fermentations, all the way to the aging in barrels and bottles. You'll find as well a place for extracting the honey, bottling and labeling.
The bottom part of the cellar is under ground, this way, the fermentation room, the barrel room and the bottle racks are at this level maintaining an optimal temperature throughout the whole year.
In the upper level we find the social rooms, office and the rest of areas.
At the same time, the fermentation room can be find below the barrel room, this way the rankings from deposits to barrels can be done without plumps, through gravity which is always good for the evolution of the meads.
