From the beginning of this project, our goal was to create gourmet meads that could offer new pairing possibilities with high cuisine dishes, now we have opened endless possibilities for chefs and sommeliers.

We produce our own honey with which we elaborate our own mead, Our apiculture and oenology systems are ecological and sustainable and we work following the principles of biodynamics.
